These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aa45ph ("aa45ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aa45ph online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at aa45ph.cam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the aa45ph platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the aa45ph platform and close your account.

aa45ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through their registered email address or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To register and use the aa45ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence or jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of aa45ph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion arrangement in place with aa45ph or any affiliated platform.

aa45ph strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age documents at any time and will immediately suspend or permanently close any account where we have reason to believe the account holder is under 21 years of age. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method subject to verification.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) aa45ph account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aa45ph login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact aa45ph support immediately.
• Verification: aa45ph reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including for deposits, withdrawals, or routine compliance checks.
• One Account Per Household: Where multiple members of the same household wish to use aa45ph, each member must register separately and independently using their own verified identity and payment details.

aa45ph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All transactions on the aa45ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aa45ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, subject to method availability and applicable limits.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your aa45ph account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment processor. aa45ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during active operating hours, with a target processing time of under 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise arranged with our support team. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• aa45ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members or friends.
• aa45ph reserves the right to apply reasonable processing delays in cases where further security or compliance checks are required.

aa45ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine sporting events such as PBA, UAAP, and major boxing cards.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all aa45ph bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, active players who have not previously claimed the same bonus and who are in good standing with aa45ph.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse: aa45ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotions in bad faith.

aa45ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms as they existed at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required for regulatory compliance.

All games available on the aa45ph platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. aa45ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

Games on aa45ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in a real studio environment. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and RNG game are provided by the respective game developer and are independently audited.

Sports betting markets on aa45ph are settled in accordance with the published settlement rules for each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a wager, aa45ph's records and decision shall be final, subject to the appeals process described in our FAQ.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aa45ph platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account (multi-accounting), including using different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other game where player-to-player interaction affects outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to launder money or using aa45ph for any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after receiving gaming services.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with aa45ph's software, systems, or games.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any correspondence with aa45ph.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

aa45ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and we have implemented tools and policies to support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered aa45ph players and can be activated through account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you can spend on the platform per session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the aa45ph platform.

Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. aa45ph will make every reasonable effort to enforce self-exclusion across our platform, including closing any new accounts created during the exclusion period. All content on the aa45ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of aa45ph or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aa45ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any aa45ph content without prior written consent from aa45ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa45ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming funds due to unauthorized account access, or interruption of service.

aa45ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

aa45ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or information displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

aa45ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using aa45ph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aa45ph complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

aa45ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period, as defined by our internal policy.
• Request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• At aa45ph's sole discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to aa45ph or other players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aa45ph support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to aa45ph. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

aa45ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players. Your continued use of aa45ph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and aa45ph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting aa45ph support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings in the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to gaming outcomes, odds, or platform functionality, aa45ph's internal records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the events in question. aa45ph's decision on game settlement matters is final unless a material factual error is demonstrated.
